• ユーザーは、Clerkを介したDiscordアカウントの認証を通じて本サービスを利用することができます。
• ユーザーは、自身の認証情報の管理について一切の責任を負うものとします。
• 第三者によるアカウントの不正利用によって生じた損害について、当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。

本サービスは、ユーザーがアップロードした動画・画像ファイルを処理し、HTTP/HTTPSで直接参照可能な静的ファイルURLを発行するサービスです。

• 無料プラン: 動画は月3本まで（毎月リセット）、画像は累計10MBまでアップロードが可能です。アップロードされたファイルの保存期間は30日間であり、期間経過後は自動的に削除されます。
• 有料プラン: 動画は累計20本まで、画像は累計300MBまでアップロードが可能であり、アップロードされたファイルは永続的に保存されます。
• アップロード済みのファイルを削除した場合、当該ファイル分の本数・容量の枠は回復します。

サービス内容やプランの内容は、事前の通知により変更される場合があります。

• 無料プランのユーザーは、本サービスを純粋な個人利用（非営利目的）の範囲内に限り利用できるものとします。
• 有料プランのユーザーに限り、FiveMサーバー内における組織のプロモーション、広告配信、およびサーバー運営に関連する商用・営利目的での利用を認めます。
• 商用利用が認められる場合であっても、Rockstar Games社、FiveM公式、または各種プラットフォームが定める規約に違反する商業活動、あるいは現実世界における違法な商業活動への利用は一切禁止します。

• 法令、公序良俗、またはFiveM（Grand Theft Auto V）の提供元、各種サーバーのルールに違反する行為。
• 第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシー、その他の権利を侵害するファイルのアップロード。
• 著しく過度なポルノ、残虐な表現、差別的なコンテンツ、またはその他第三者に不快感を与えるファイルのアップロード。
• サーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為、リバースエンジニアリング、または本サービスの運営を妨害する行為。
• 商用・非商用を問わず、本サービスを悪用したスパム行為。

• アップロードされたファイルの著作権は、元々の権利者に帰属します。
• ユーザーが禁止事項に違反していると判断された場合、当サービスは予告なく当該ファイルを削除し、アカウントの利用を停止する権利を留保します。

• 当サービスは、本サービス（発行されるURL、処理後のファイル品質、稼働率等）について、明示的にも黙示的にもいかなる保証も行いません。
• 本サービスを利用したこと、または利用できなかったことによって生じたプレイヤー、サーバー、その他第三者間のトラブルや損害について、当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。
• ユーザーがアップロードしたファイルコンテンツの内容、合法性、適切性、および第三者の権利（著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシー権等）の侵害に関する一切の責任は、当該コンテンツをアップロードしたユーザー自身に帰属します。
• 当サービスが利用する外部APIプロバイダー（FiveManage等）の利用規約にユーザーが違反したことにより、当サービスのAPI利用資格やアカウントが停止・制限され、結果として本サービスの提供が不可能または遅延した場合であっても、当サービスはユーザーに対して一切の責任を負いません。
• 第三者から著作権侵害（DMCA通知等を含む）や権利侵害の申し立て、または削除要請を受けた場合、当サービスは運営者の裁量により、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく対象コンテンツを即座に削除またはアクセスを遮断する権利を留保します。
• ユーザーが本規約または外部APIプロバイダーの利用規約に違反したことにより当サービス（運営者）に損害、費用（弁護士費用を含む）、または損失が生じた場合、当該ユーザーは当サービスに対してその全額を賠償する責任を負うものとします。

当サービスは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本サービス上に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、公式 Discord サーバー（discord.gg/QuMXEKmyW9）のサポート窓口よりお問い合わせください。

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当サービスの運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

• You must authenticate and log in using your Discord account via Clerk to use the Service.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and credentials.
• The Service shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

The Service processes user-uploaded video and image files and generates direct-access HTTP/HTTPS URLs.

• Free Plan: Allows up to 3 video uploads per month (resets monthly) and a cumulative total of 10 MB of image storage. Uploaded files are retained for 30 days and automatically deleted thereafter.
• Paid Plan: Allows a cumulative total of 20 video uploads and 300 MB of image storage, with permanent storage for all uploaded files.
• Deleting an uploaded file restores the corresponding upload slot or storage capacity.

We reserve the right to modify service features, limitations, and pricing plans at any time with prior notice.

• Free Plan users shall use the Service strictly for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit purposes.
• Paid Plan users are permitted to use the Service for commercial, promotional, and profit-making purposes within FiveM servers.
• Any commercial use that violates the terms of service of Rockstar Games, FiveM, or any related platform, or any illegal real-world commercial activities, is strictly prohibited.

• Violates any local, national, or international laws, or the terms of service of Grand Theft Auto V, FiveM, or individual game servers.
• Infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties through uploaded files.
• Contains explicit pornography, extreme violence, hate speech, defamatory language, or any objectionable material in uploaded files.
• Attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity and security of our servers, including reverse engineering or automated scraping.
• Uses the generated URLs for spamming or activities outside the intended scope of FiveM gameplay.

• The ownership of any intellectual property in the uploaded files remains with the original rightsholders.
• We reserve the right, without prior notice, to remove any uploaded files and suspend or terminate user accounts if we determine that the content violates these Terms.

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, quality, reliability, or suitability of the generated URLs or processed files.
• The Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including disputes arising between players or server communities.
• All liability regarding the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, and potential infringement of third-party rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, and privacy rights) of the uploaded file content rests solely with the user who uploaded the content.
• The Service shall not be held liable for any suspension, limitation, or termination of our API access or account caused by a user's violation of the Terms of Service of our external API/infrastructure provider (e.g., FiveManage). In such events, the Service is under no obligation to compensate users for any resulting service disruptions or unavailability.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to immediately remove, disable, or block access to any uploaded content upon receiving a notice of copyright infringement (including DMCA takedown notices) or any other third-party rights claims.
• If a user's violation of these Terms or the Terms of Service of our external API provider results in any damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) to the Service or its operator, the responsible user shall be liable to indemnify and hold the Service harmless for the full amount of such losses.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
